Adapted Sports Day at Poole YMCA & Lake Benson Park

The Adapted Sports Day is a collaboration between NC Adapted Sports, Made4Me, Catalyst Sports - Raleigh, Recreate Yourself, YMCA of the Triangle Area, and the Town of Garner Police Dept. 

We are bringing several adapted sports and resources to one location for people with a disability and their family/caregivers.  

Participation in adapted sports activities will require a registration and signing a waiver at the event. 

Adapted Kayaking requires registration to participate. 

All sports, you can reserved time slot or freely explore (General Admission) 

Adapted Sports being offered (make sure you do not overlap session times when registering):

• General Admission: Freely explore adapted sports - no reserved time to tryout a sport
• Adapted Archery
• Boocia - Open & Reserved Sessions
• Adapted Climbing: Open Session - At Lake Benson Park
• Adapted Cycling: Open & Reserved Session Times - At Lake Benson Park
• Adapted Fishing: Open and Reservced Session for Track Chair
• Adapted Kayaking: Session Registration Required
• Goal Ball: Open Session
• Sitting Volleyball: Open Session
• Wheelchair Basketball: Open Session
